I'm a guy, and here's the reality: if a woman wants to text for weeks before meeting, I assume she's not actually interested or she's using the app for validation. The whole point of dating apps is to meet people in real life. 3-5 days of messaging, then suggest a quick, low-pressure date (coffee, drink, walk in the park). If there's chemistry in person, great! If not, you haven't wasted weeks texting someone you have no in-person connection with.

I'm going to be honest - I don't think the app matters as much as your approach. I use Tinder (yeah, I know, basic) but instead of "hey," my opening message is always something specific about their profile. If they have a photo hiking, I ask about the trail. If they mention a book, I ask what they're reading now. For introverts, the key is: ask questions that YOU would actually want to answer. If you hate "how's your day," don't ask that.
