I'm so bad at the whole "Hey! How's your day? What are you up to this weekend?" small talk thing that happens on dating apps. By the third message I'm already bored and I think the other person can tell. I'm much better at deeper conversations about books, ideas, life philosophies, etc.
Are there any dating apps that skip the shallow small talk and actually match people based on compatibility or deeper interests? Or am I just doomed to suck at modern dating?
